Well, now at Chapter 10 and hovering around 35k words, I've burnt myself out on the story arch I had going. What do I do? I start doing some weird sci-fi/supernatural/fantasy HOOPLA that makes utterly NO sense, but I'm enjoying it nonetheless. But now I have a half finished novel on my hands. I really hope I can think up a new idea to get that one started again, because, DAMN, I kind of really want to get a novel published. Seriously, I like it THAT much.
Now that's saying something!

My advice is to trace the current plot line back to where it turned wrong and excise it from there. better to lose some more recent work than to lose the entire project. I have personally had to go back on occasion and delete up to five thousand words at a time.
Leave it for a week or two and see if your muse returns your calls.
But above all, keep writing. The world needs more writers and less executives, after all.
